School Leadership Framework Elements
The implementation of effective ILTs is closely aligned with expectations in the School Leadership Framework. Below are the elements and rubrics that most closely align with the implementation of ILTs.

Overview of ILTs

Building Group Quality
- Norms for Leadership and Learning - Teaching Channel video (What did you observe that supported a collaborative, teaching culture? How did teams sit? What was visible? What was said that resonated with you and your school’s team practice?)
